No. Our realistic photo compositions are manually created and edited in Adobe Photoshop. In some cases, we may use AI only to generate a suitable body or pose reference. The final photo composition, face matching, blending, lighting, color correction, and detailing are done manually to achieve a natural and realistic result.
No. You only pay for the person(s) we add. We don't charge for people already in the original photo.
Soft Copy (editing) takes 3–6 working days. Frame delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 days. Urgent orders can be prioritized upon request.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Note: an unboxing video is mandatory for damage or incorrect product claims.
Yes. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so we allow multiple revisions as applicable under our Terms & Conditions. However, once the editing/composition work has been completed, changing the original photo, replacing a person, or changing the selected position/pose is not allowed. Such changes will be considered new work and may incur additional charges.
No. Since all MemoKart products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance payment. The remaining amount can be paid after you receive and approve the preview.
