Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with MemoKart for Realistic Memory Frames and Soft Copy photo compositions.

Order Placement

All orders are placed and coordinated via WhatsApp. Orders are confirmed once you select your requirements on the website and complete a 50% advance payment.

Pricing

Pricing for 1–5 faces/persons is as displayed on the website. For 6+ faces, custom pricing is provided directly on WhatsApp based on your specific requirements.

Editing & Delivery Timeline

Soft Copy editing takes approximately 3–6 working days. Physical frame delivery takes an additional 3–7 days. Urgent orders may be prioritized upon request, subject to availability.

Editing Method

Our realistic photo compositions are manually created and edited in Adobe Photoshop. AI may only be used in limited cases to generate a suitable body or pose reference. Face matching, blending, lighting, color correction, and detailing are performed manually.

Revisions

Multiple revisions are allowed on the preview prior to final approval. Once work is completed and approved, changes to the original photo, person, or pose are treated as new work and may incur additional charges.

Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due after preview approval and before final delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Damage & Incorrect Product Claims

Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs.
